Mindful Movement

The backbone of my philosophy is mindful and intentional exercise with an emphasis on structural nuances. By increasing your body awareness and proprioception, you are better able to build structural integrity, which supports longevity and aids in injury prevention. 

Wellness Behaviors

I offer my clients strategies and support for integrating sustainable behavior change with a focus on sleep, stress, work-life balance, nutrition, and mindset. I promote increased awareness of behavioral patterns, choices, priorities, and other influences affecting overall health and wellbeing. Based on your individual needs, we work collaboratively to implement sustainable, lifelong, health-supporting practices that you can depend on throughout your lifespan. 

Warrior Mindset

I challenge my clients to shift their own internal dialogue and question their self-imposed limitations. My goal is to get you to access your own genetic potential…and sometimes that requires practicing being moderately uncomfortable in a safe and supportive environment. My hope is for you to intentionally and conscientiously expand your capabilities. 

One of my primary strategies for reaching the goals above is data tracking and using the findings to alter your individual programming. I strongly believe in the power of self-experimentation, rather than following a generalized prescription. You are an individual who deserves to be seen, respected, and appreciated for your uniqueness.

About Alexis

With a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, education in Emergency Medicine, and a handful of wellness certifications, I consider myself a holistic trainer.

I’ve found that my clients are significantly more likely to see success when they have their mind, body, and spirit aligned towards their goals. 

Often times this requires some serious re-evaluation of priorities, which often necessitates sacrifice and mental reframing around perceived limitations and obstacles. 

Being able to support my clients not only along their fitness journeys, but through lifestyle restructuring, behavioral modification and confidence-building brings me great satisfaction. 

My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, structure, and support essential for them to embrace the (sometimes uncomfortable) changes that are necessary to get them to their goals.
